Ad Hoc Repairs

With a team of highly experienced expert engineers we cover the whole of mainland UK. We attend site as early as next day with an array of parts on the engineers van. We only ever fit genuine HP parts and never without consulting with you first so you don’t get any nasty surprises when the bill arrives.

Ad Hoc Printer repair call-outs, including the first hour on-site, start from £99.00 plus VAT depending upon your location.

If you have a breakdown please call our Engineering department on 01256 783390. We will discuss your problem over the phone and try to diagnose your issue. We do this when you call in so there’s usually no waiting for a callback, we’re on the case straight away.

We operate a next working day on-site service if an engineers visit is needed and we attend site with an array of parts to fix the problem reported. We only ever fit parts with your agreement and we’ll always discuss options with you about fix or replace where this is relevant.

HP original spare parts

We have the largest stock of new and obsolete Designjet spare parts in the UK, and can supply you with all of the Designjet spares you’ll need (including maintenance kits, carriage belts, trailing cables, oil lubrication, cutters, service stations, tubes assembly anti-surge, etc). You can either purchase the spare parts and fit them yourself or we can fit them for you.

Printer Installation

Sometimes when you buy a new printer you need a little help setting it up and you need a professional to show you how it works. We have a network of engineers and installers across the UK who can show you all the best practice and tricks of the trade as well as unboxing and setting your machine up for you. We’ll get you set-up and working in no time.

Printer Moves

Some printers are very heavy and can need de-commissioning before they are moved to avoid leaking ink if they are tipped. Our expert team will treat your printer with the care and attention it deserves and move it from A to B for you. We can set the machine up in the new location or just do the move.
