HP DesignJet 36-inch spare spindle

Your HP DesignJet already includes a 36-inch spindle which you load your roll of paper onto ‘straight out of the box’. The spare spindle is useful option for easy swapping or if you wish to change the paper type regularly e.g. from 80gsm to 120gsm or from CAD paper to Banner media. With a spare spindle you can just “lift and swap the spindle” saving the operator from having to remove the end cap from the spindle, taking off the current paper, loading the new paper onto the spindle, slotting the spindle end cap back on…before reinserting the spindle back into the printer. Over the years this can save many man-hours and will pay for itself in the long run.
