Support Contracts
Sometimes things like to ‘play dead’. Large Format Printers are no exception (and they typically wait until a looming deadline!). In order to cover just such occasions, you can purchase either one of our own Support Contracts or an HP Care Pack.
How does it work?
You purchase cover in advance for anywhere between 1-3 years and your Large Format Printer can throw as many ‘wobblys’ as it likes within that timeframe – and you pay nothing further to get it fixed. It’s a cost effective way for you to receive a rapid, timed engineering response – and a way to avoid large unplanned repair bills. Simple. No fuss. Your printer just needs to be in good working order at the outset before you take out cover (if it isn’t, don’t worry – just let us know what’s wrong and we’ll get it sorted for you at a cheaper rate beforehand).
